1- All lessons include Video Analysis, Balls ,Clubs, Training Equipment.

2- All monies taken directly by Richard Smith/Synergy golf remain the point of contact and reference for all consumer rights.

3- All lessons are subject to expiration dates relative to the chosen lesson option. 

4- No refunds. 

5- All lessons are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to move or postpone lessons with direct contact to be made with Richard Smith /Synergy Golf
